ParticipantHi guys,
I have progressed up to exercise 6 and have two questions on the correct practise.
Firstly, except for exercise 1 (breathing through the whole body) I am unsure if I should be standing in the horseriding stance or just whatever feels most comfortable.
Secondly, I am unsure about the right balance between performing the exercises slowly and slowing/ softening my breath. If I really try to do the exercises slow and controlled (matching in/outbreath to the appropriate movement), my breathing is not as relaxed as it should be. I know it will get better the more I practise but as a beginner, should I prioritise slow, controlled and relaxed breathing and therefore speed up my movements or vice versa? Thanks a lot or your help,
